Gate Opening Times

Friday: Gates open from 10am until 8 PM.

Saturday and Sunday: Gates open from 9 AM until 8 PM.
Check-In Process
-
Upon arrival, follow the signs to the car pass check area where our team will verify your passes. After verification, you'll be directed to your designated parking or camping spot. Once settled, please visit the wristband tent near the festival entrance to scan your festival tickets and secure your wristband, granting you full access to the festival grounds.
Wristband Collection
-
Collect your wristband at the designated tent near the main entrance. This wristband serves as your all-access pass to the festival, so keep it secure and visible.

In order to receive a wristband, you'll need to show proof of age when you receive your wristband. We follow the same rules as licensed pubs & clubs.
Prohibited Items
To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, the following items are not allowed at the festival:

Weapons of any kind & Sharp implements such as knives

Gas bottles and canisters (not including those secured in caravans + vans)

Outdoor stovetops such as gas stoves, electric stoves and Trangias

BBQ systems or open fires

Laser pointers

Pets (service animals permitted)

Glass containers or bottles

Alcohol (the festival is NO BYO)

Pets (assistance animals with the correct paperwork is fine)

Illegal substances/drugs

Fireworks/flares of any kind

Generators of any kind
Recommended Items to Bring

Sunscreen: Protection from the sun is crucial; prepare for warm weather.

Reusable Drink Bottle: We encourage sustainability; help us reduce plastic waste, free drinking water will be supplied

Portable Phone Charger: Keep your devices charged to capture every moment, there are no charging stations onsite.

Chair: Chairs are permitted throughout the festival grounds.

Camping Essentials: Pack your tents, sleeping bags, and other camping gear.

Food and Beverages

You are welcome to BYO food and SEALED non-alcoholic drinks. Please make sure there is no glass brought onsite, this includes jars and containers such as salsa, sauces or similar items.

Environment and Conduct

As our festival is hosted on a working farm, we ask all attendees to respect the property and help us leave it pristine. Embrace the 'Leave No Trace' philosophy by disposing of waste properly and respecting wildlife and vegetation.

We are a community that values positivity and inclusiveness. Please leave any negativity at home and come ready to have a great time with fellow festival-goers.
Can I Leave and Re-Enter the Festival?

Yes... but no. Once you've entered the festival for the day, you may leave; however, re-entry on the same day is not permitted. This policy helps us maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Please plan accordingly and bring everything you'll need for the day.

Does my name need to be on my ticket?

No, with Tixel now helping keep ticket resales fair and safe, we no longer require names on tickets

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

No, digital tickets are accepted. Ensure your ticket is accessible on your mobile device for scanning at the entrance.

Are there age restrictions?

The festival is all-ages. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Does my child need a ticket

Yes, everyone needs a ticket regardless of age.

Transport & Parking

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available on-site. A valid car pass is required for entry.

Camping & Accommodation

Is camping available on-site?
-
Yes, camping is available. A camping pass must be purchased in advance.

When do I leave the festival
-
If you have a 2 Day or 3 Day camping pass, you’ll head home Monday morning. If you’ve got a single day camping pass, you’ll leave the morning after your ticket day. So if you’re camping with a Saturday day ticket, you’ll leave Sunday morning. If you’re camping with a Sunday day ticket, you’ll leave Monday morning.

I need to leave before Monday

If you haven’t flagged with our parking team that you needed to leave early and aren’t parked in the Early Leavers car park, you will need to hang tight and leave on Monday morning.

Are there nearby accommodations?

Yes, various accommodations are available in the surrounding areas. We recommend booking early due to high demand during the festival period.

What types of camping is available?
-
At Good Gumnuts Festival we keep it flexible, so you can camp pretty much however you like. Tents, swags, caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, all are welcome. If it’s your setup and you can bring it, you can camp in it.

Gas Bottles
-
Caravans and fitted-out vans with properly installed gas equipment are absolutely allowed. If your gas bottle is mounted as part of your caravan or vehicle setup and meets standard safety requirements, you are good to go. Loose or standalone gas setups are not allowed. This includes separate gas bottles, portable cookers, or gas BBQs that are not permanently fitted to a vehicle or caravan.

Is the festival accessible for attendees with disabilities?

Yes, the festival grounds are wheelchair accessible, and accessible toilets are available. For specific needs, please contact us in advance. The festival is held within paddocks and some surfaces may be uneven.

Is there accessible parking?
Yes, accessible parking spaces are located close to the festival entrance. Please contact our team at least 7 days prior to the festival for assistance.

Weather & Safety

What happens if it rains?
The festival will proceed rain or shine. Please come prepared for varying weather conditions. -
Is there first aid available?
Yes, first aid services are available on-site for any medical needs.
​ Smoking & Vaping

Smoking is permitted only in clearly designated smoking zones, which will be marked on event maps and signage, please refrain from smoking outside these areas to respect non-smokers.

Vapes and e-cigarettes containing more than 110 mL of liquid are prohibited.
