Does the name on my ticket need to match the person attending?

Accepted Answer

No. The name on the ticket does not need to match the attendee. Each ticket has a unique barcode that can only be scanned once. You may still be asked for valid ID to verify your age.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. Digital tickets are accepted. We recommend downloading your ticket to your phone before arriving in case mobile reception is limited. Printed tickets are also accepted.

Is Good Gumnuts an all-ages festival?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anyone under 18 must attend with a Responsible Adult in accordance with our Youth Policy.

Question 5

Does every child need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every attendee needs their own ticket, including children under 10. Children under 10 attend free with a paying adult, but a free ticket must still be allocated to them before arriving.

Can I leave the festival and come back later?

Accepted Answer

Same-day re-entry is not permitted. If you leave the festival site, you will not be able to re-enter until the following day, provided your ticket is valid for that day.

Question 7

How do I get my wristband?

Accepted Answer

After your vehicle pass has been checked and you have been directed to your parking or camping area, head to the wristband and ticketing area near the festival entrance. Have your festival ticket ready to scan and bring valid photo ID
