​TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ENTRY

Good Gumnuts Festival is an all-ages event. Valid photo ID is required for the purchase and/or consumption of alcohol. Tickets are sold on the express condition that the holder (“Ticketholder”) is bound by the rules and conditions issued by Good Gumnuts Festival (“the Organiser”). By purchasing a ticket, Ticketholders agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined below and on the festival website.

Upon entry, Ticketholders must present valid photo ID matching the name and date of birth on their ticket. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

By entering the festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Your likeness may be used in event coverage, promotional material, or media.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law or under the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. Incorrect purchases do not qualify for refund or exchange. If you are denied entry or removed from the event due to a breach of festival rules, you are not entitled to a refund. No refund will be given for change of mind, personal circumstances, poor weather, or program changes unless required by law.

WEATHER & LINEUP CHANGES

Good Gumnuts Festival is an all-weather event. The lineup and schedule are subject to change without notice. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, artist cancellations, or schedule adjustments.

TICKETING INFORMATION

• The Organiser may enforce ticket purchase limits and cancel tickets exceeding those limits.

• Each ticket has a unique barcode and allows one entry only. Do not share your ticket barcode. Duplicate or previously scanned tickets will not be accepted.

• Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands on entry. Lost, damaged, or removed wristbands will not be replaced, and you may be denied entry.

• Re-entry is not permitted unless otherwise specified.

• Camping passes (if purchased) are separate and non-transferable.
   

TICKET RESALE

We recommend Tixel as the official resale platform. Tickets must not be resold for more than 110% of the original price. The Organiser does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through unauthorised sites or third parties.
 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Entry is subject to the festival’s Conditions of Entry, including rules on prohibited items, conduct, and safety (see website). The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behaviour.

LIABILITY

Entry is at your own risk. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event except where required by law.

RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY 

We encourage capturing memories while respecting artists’ rights and the festival experience.

• Allowed: Personal photos and short video clips on phones or small cameras, for non-commercial use and social sharing.

• Not allowed: Professional gear (interchangeable lenses, tripods, lighting, audio rigs), selfie-sticks, live streaming, or recording full sets. Flash should be avoided during performances.

• All content must be for personal use only, not for sale or commercial gain.
   

Media / Accredited Photographers

Media credentials are required for professional cameras and recording equipment.
 

Consent & Enforcement

• By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed. Your likeness may appear in event coverage, promotional material, or media.

• Breaches of this policy may result in removal, confiscation of equipment until the end of the event, or revocation of media credentials.
