TICKETING TERMS

Please read this page before purchasing tickets or passes. It explains the festival's approach to ticket selection, weather, program changes and refunds. It should be read alongside the terms shown by our ticketing partner Oztix at the time of purchase, our Youth Policy and our other entry information. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Choosing your tickets and passes
Please check the event dates, ticket type, age category, camping selection and any extras before completing your order. Every attendee needs their own festival ticket, including children aged nine and under, whose tickets are free with a paying adult. Day tickets do not include camping. Camping is available only with an eligible two-day or three-day ticket. Vehicle, parking and VIP passes are separate from festival admission and do not grant entry on their own. A VIP upgrade does not add camping access to a non-camping ticket. Please check the ticket description for the inclusions and arrival window that apply to your selection.
Change of mind and personal circumstances
We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, can no longer attend, make a mistake when choosing a ticket, or your personal travel or other arrangements change. This does not affect any refund or other remedy you may be entitled to under Australian Consumer Law, other applicable law, or the terms that applied when you purchased your ticket.
Weather and safety
Good Gumnuts is an outdoor, all-weather event. We plan to proceed in rain or shine, so please prepare for changing conditions on the North West Coast. A change in weather alone does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund. Safety comes first. If conditions prevent us from delivering the event safely, or cause a cancellation, postponement or significant change, we will tell ticket holders what happens next and assess refund rights under applicable law and the purchase terms.
Artists, set times and program changes
The lineup, artists, activities, set times and running order may change. An artist cancellation or a change to the timetable does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund. If a change is significant, including a change to a headline act, we will assess ticket holders' rights under Australian Consumer Law and applicable ticket terms and communicate the available options. We will share confirmed changes through our official channels.
Cancellation or postponement
If Good Gumnuts Festival is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, we will provide information to ticket holders as soon as practicable, including how to seek a refund or other remedy where one is available. Any entitlement depends on the circumstances, applicable law and the terms that applied to the purchase. Please keep your booking confirmation and ensure the contact details on your Oztix order are current.
Resale and ticket support
If you can no longer attend, you can list your ticket for resale through our official resale partner, Tixel: https://tixel.com/au/music-tickets/2027/03/05/good-gumnuts-festival?landing=1. If you are looking to buy a resale ticket, use that same festival page. Be cautious when buying from other sellers, as we may be unable to verify those tickets before entry. Conditions of entry
All attendees must hold the correct ticket or pass and follow the directions of festival staff, safety signs and the applicable Youth Policy and Banned Items rules. Entry may be refused or a patron may be removed for breaching conditions of entry, subject to applicable law. Please read the Youth Policy if you are attending with anyone under 18.
